Förnybart 2030 Västerbotten

Renewable 2030 Västerbotten is working to increase the production and use of renewable fuels in the county. Our main goal is to support public organizations—but also businesses—in improving their use of sustainable fuels and creating efficient transportation systems. Our focus is on:

• Supporting the transition to renewable fuels in road traffic and construction machinery 
• Promoting more sustainable travel by bus, train, bicycle, and on foot 
• Developing sustainable solutions for ports and airports 
• Working toward a more inclusive and equitable transport sector

• Networks for collaboration in hydrogen, electric transport, and bio-based fuels 
• Planning of charging and refueling infrastructure in the region 
• Webinars and training sessions to increase knowledge 
• Strategic advisory services for planning sustainable transport 
• Support in the procurement of renewable fuels and transport solutions 
• Initiatives to promote gender equality and inclusion in the transport sector
