The transport industry faces major challenges, not least when it comes to skills provision.
To meet the future, we need to get better at attracting, recruiting and retaining people with different backgrounds and experiences. The course has been developed in collaboration with VKNA.
This micro-course is a good starting point for developing a more inclusive way of working. In just 30 minutes, you will have the opportunity to reflect, discuss and see your workplace with new eyes. The course is designed for you to do it together in a group, and if you want to go deeper, we recommend that you give more time to the exercises, it is in the dialogue that the real insights emerge.
